Not to be me but AU in which House does not hide or even feel bad about his omega status - but instead uses it fully and actively as another weapon in his arsenal to manipulate people if he needs to.
He's pretty sure that Cuddy would let him get away with a lot less of she wasn't an alpha. As it is he's fully taking advantage of her instinct to take care of him by for example subtly hinting for years that if he loses this job he - a poor omega - might end up out on the streets. Alone.
If he needs something from her he'll fully use micro expressions of omega-in-need to bypass her higher reasoning.
So many lawyers are alphas and that's definitely a reason that his cases have actually been prosecuted in court a lot less than the mostly-beta board of the hospital had been hoping for.
He'll still be ordering his team around no matter their designation and in fact delights telling alphas what to do, but heat flashes or pheromone overproduction are excellent ways to get out of clinic duty.
The only person on whom all of those strategies have never worked are Wilson. Don't get House wrong, Wilson let's him get away with plenty - stealing his food, disrupting his work, taking his money - and will cook for him, take care of him when he's sick at the slightest hint of House needing anything - but he just does it, no extra manipulation needed.
When he does try to use his "evil omega wiles" (as one frankly bitter former colleague has termed it), he achieves the opposite with Wilson: he'll go distant, avoid him for days, leave the room in a huff, shut him down, refuse the smallest requests for things he's otherwise clearly happy to give him. (House had obviously tested this extensively. There were charts and lots of hurt puppy dog eyes involved)
It's a mystery he still hasn't solved, and while it doesn't bother him as much as it used to, he hates(loves) mysteries that remain unsolved. He's sure he'll figure it out, though
(Wilson is just off screen having spend years perfecting his "just get out FLEE, strategic retreat" strategy of dealing with Need To Throw House Down And Fuck Him feelings)
omegaverse!Hilson, but—
...it's omega!House and beta!Wilson.
House was disguised as Beta and Wilson gets suddenly changed into having rut and becoming an Alpha while helping House in his heat (the first heat after years).
After that long week of heat and rut, they have to talk about their relationship and going to the next level/round of relation as they're now also expecting a pup from the possibility.
When Wilson Fisk Alpha was the seemingly invincible mayor of Hell's Kitchen, evil consumed him. This was only in the eyes of the townspeople; in secret, he was an invincible, ruthless gang leader, capable of crushing anyone with his bare hands. His sole purpose was to capture the Demon of Hell's Kitchen, who stood in the way of his plans. So, he tasked his men with spying to uncover the demon's identity. After weeks of relentless investigation, they finally discovered it. When they told him that the Demon of Hell's Kitchen was none other than the blind lawyer, Matt Murdock, Wilson, who had heard the name many times but never met or even seen him, smiled that sly smile that foretold the imminent demise of the Demon of Hell's Kitchen.
Days after receiving the news, he decided to visit the lawyer's office to find out for himself.
He entered with his imposing presence, the Alpha's pheromones filling the room with power.
When he found someone, he asked about the blind lawyer. He was told that his office was at the end of the corridor. He thanked them politely, a gesture that belied his true intentions, and went on his way.
When he reached the door, he knocked and entered.
As soon as he stepped inside, a pungent aroma filled his nostrils. It was a mixture of vanilla, coffee, and the smell of rain—something mind-boggling. He knew the source of the scent was him. He was sitting there in his office, reading a paper in Braille. He was wearing only his glasses.
A voice broke his reverie.
"Hello, Mr. Fisk. I wasn't expecting you." He approached and extended his hand to shake his, and Fisk returned the greeting. He hadn't expected this man to be the devil of Hell's Kitchen—young, blind, and an omega, too.
Matt welcomed him and asked him to sit down. Not out of politeness! But he sensed that the man sitting before him harbored ill intentions. Nevertheless, he maintained his friendliness.
"I've heard a lot about you, lawyer. I came to pay a visit and get to know you better."
"It's my pleasure, Mr. Fisk."
Half an hour passed during this conversation and interview. Half an hour without Fisk taking his eyes off Matt. Half an hour studying his features. He hadn't expected the man he'd decided to arrest to be such a handsome Omega. But what aroused him most were his
lips; he wanted to kiss them and bite them hard, but he restrained himself.
Half an hour passed, and Matt felt uneasy about the man before him.
"I think I should leave now. Thank you for your hospitality, Attorney."
"You're welcome, Mr. Fisk."
"Mr. Matthew, I hope we meet again."
Matt smiled, but his heart wasn't at ease after Fisk's last sentence.

crazy in love - Chapter 1 - 96nebula20 - Daredevil (TV) [Archive of Our Own]
An Archive of Our Own, a project of the Organization for Transformative Works
Two weeks had passed since that encounter, two weeks, and Matt hadn't left Fisk's mind. He thought about him constantly. He was so distracted that even Wesley noticed. All the plans and promises to catch Daredevil paled in comparison to that handsome face he'd seen and admired. He wanted to meet him again, to sit with him, to hear his voice, to see his laughter, to hug him, kiss him, to brand him. All those thoughts were driving him crazy. He'd never had a companion before, not even when he married and divorced Vanessa. But Matt was different, special. He wanted him, wanted to keep him all to himself, away from the eyes of the world and everyone, even his friends Karen and Foggy.
Every night he dreamt of him.
He would take him, caressing his skin, his entire body, kissing him, marking him. This marking was what drove him mad. The very thought of it filled him with longing and screamed, "Mine!"
But he knew that madness in this situation wouldn't help. Instead, he planned and thought of another encounter.
When Matt, who was distracted from his day and work because of that encounter that hadn't left his mind, saw Fisk's eyes watching him, scrutinizing every detail of his body, he was terrified. Fisk was examining him from head to toe like a predator intently watching its prey. His confusion and anxiety were noticed by Foggy and Karen. When asked if he was alright, he would reply, "I'm fine. Everything is alright."
When night fell and he was on his way back to his apartment, he heard footsteps, even though no one else was on the street. He turned into a corner leading to an alley.
He walked in different directions until He lost track of the footsteps, or perhaps even the person he was following.
1:22 AM
He moves from building to building, listening to the sounds.
A child cries from one house.
A couple argues in another building.
The loud TV blares from the neighboring building.
He hears them talking. He tilts his head as he listens.
A shipment of contraband is coming, to be delivered to someone whose name he doesn't know, only the nickname "Alpha Boss."
He heads towards the location and upon arrival, hides near one of the trucks, listening to their conversation.
"I think it's the scheduled delivery time."
"Yes, and we'll finish this."
"Wait a moment!" "What?"
"I smell an Omega here."
Matt cursed himself a hundred times for this situation; his fever was about to start.
"Little Omega, come out of hiding. We won't hurt you. We'll just have fun with you."
But he didn't enjoy the punch he received. He looked up at him as he whistled.
"Oh, where did that cutie come from? Your body looks delicious. See? I told you we'd have fun."
Then, a flurry of punches and blows from Daredevil surrounded him. They all stepped forward to deliver punches and blows to the Omega. After a while, they were all lying on the ground, battered. He stood up, panting, a cut running down the side of his lip. He stepped towards the one who was barely able to get up and
grabbed him by the shirt, growling,
"Tell your master that this city is mine, and that Omega won't show you any mercy."
He slammed him to the ground. And he left.
He was returning to his apartment, skipping from one building to another, remembering Stick's words to him long ago: "Get up and fight! What kind of Omega are you when an Alpha tries to hit you? Get up and fight like a man, not an Omega. Be the man inside you."
After a while, he entered his apartment and immediately collapsed onto his couch, panting and trying to catch his breath.
In the morning, when he went to his office, Fuji noticed the cut and bruises on his face.
"Hey, what happened to you? Were you in an accident?"
"I'm fine, Foggy. Don't worry. I fell on my way back yesterday."
"You don't look like you fell. It's like someone hit you!" "Ah, Matt, are you okay? What happened to you?"
"Foggy Karen! I'm fine. It was just an accident. I didn't fall. I just got into a fight with some drunk guy in the street, but I'm fine. Everything's alright."
While working, Matt was preoccupied with the one they called "Alpha Boss." He felt things were getting very bad in the city.
Meanwhile, when they broke the news to Fisk about the attack that had occurred, which was caused by Daredevil, and the words they relayed to him from that Omega,
they thought he would order them to find him, capture him, and punish him.
But the opposite happened. They thought he was angry because they had failed in the mission, but he was furious, very angry, shouting and roaring at them.
"Mine! Mine belongs to me alone. No one has the right." "If he strikes him, if he touches a hair on his head, it's mine, mine alone, and no one else's. Let this city know!"
He unleashed his fury on the place and everything in it. He couldn't bear the thought of someone taking what belonged only to him, and Mordock was his alone.
A feeling crept into Matt mind that something terrible was about to happen, something that would turn his life upside down.
To be continued...
