the angel has only heard of cain through rumors, mostly spread through what the winchester brothers had dubbed as ' angel radio ' - but that doesn't mean he would recognize the cursed son of adam. after all, gadreel had been imprisoned for his so called transgressions in the eyes of the lord before cain and abel's births. but now he stands in the presence of cain - curiosity ebbing through him alongside a feeling of wariness.
