PRETTY DUMB.
Local news interviewing people waiting in a long line for masa at a local supermarket. I love it.
Real talk from one of the folks helping to build the SuperWiki scripts + sides collection: I wouldn't go near the ebay auction for 15.19 + 15.20 because it looks so sketchy compared to every other auction we've won scripts from. If I thought it was legit I'd be assembling a multinational group of contributors in an attempt to get it for everyone (via the SuperWiki collection), but I'm not. Why?
1. $10 shipping from Russian Federation to the United States. Good luck on getting any tracking on it to prove it actually was shipped.
2. "Good as new. Never be used." So explain to me how someone, in the Russian Federation, who isn't a collectables/memorabilia seller, comes by two unused + highly sought after SPN scripts?
3. I've never seen one that says "FINAL DRAFT" + we have scripts in the collection from every stage of development, from arena to outline to 👇
4. Hiding all the bidder info isn't the norm: usually you see the partially obscured usernames, their bids, and who is using auto bid. Are these bids even real?
I know people who have been scammed trying to get scripts, e.g. THREE people who bought a Scoobynatural "script" that turned out to be a printout of the SuperWiki transcript. They managed to get their $20ish back. I wouldn't want to deal with Paypal + ebay if it's over $1k and it's determined to be a fake (if it actually shows up in your mailbox).
Please be careful.
okay this is great though
I have seen lots of posts comparing E and Clarke the last 2 seasons, and with what happened this episode I am seeing similar things again. For what it’s worth, I do think the two of them have very similar motives behind what they do. They are both fueled by saving or protecting their people. That being said, I don’t think how they go about doing that is at all the same.
Clarke in Mt. Weather: Barely escaped the mountain with her life. Makes sacrifices like sending Bellamy into the mountain. Attempts the impossible by building an alliance with the grounders. Gets betrayed. Tries to reason with Wallace. Nothing works. Nobody will listen to her. Only THEN does she resort to violence, when she has completely exhausted all of her options.
E on multiple occasions now: sees a threat. Kills it. Anything out of loyalty I guess?
It’s just so frustratingly clear that only one of them cares about, or even understands the concept of “doing better.” Correct me if I’m wrong.
