#rewatching it the other night#and as always one thing leads to another#i was thinking about the fact that: damon and david knew each other from formula 3 (1988) then formula 3000 (1991)#damon shared a podium with roland ratzenberger (and martin donnelly....) in formula 3 (87)#and roland (who had a career in japan) took jv under his wing. offering him some guidance at the time (1992)#also. my memory is diluted...#but i think it's the first time here damon said that ayrton exchanged a few words with georgie before the race (long before the hill docu)#damon hill#david brabham#the last teammate#documentary#classic f1#my gifs
