IT FAILS BOTH SIGNIFICANCE AND INHERITANCY- LIKE FOREIGN AID TO CENTRAL AMERICA ALREADY GOT REVIEWED AND CARSI WAS DEEMED GOOD AND THEREFORE KEPT UNDER THE CURRENT STATUS QUO-
MEANING THAT THE PLAN TO REMOVE IT IS INSIGNIFICANT AND INHERENT
THEY FAIL TWO OF THE FOUR STOCK ISSUES, AND THAT WARRENTS AN IMMEDIATE NEGATIVE BALLOT
BUT THE JUDGES FROM BOTH THOSE ROUNDS WHERE NEW, SO IDK IF THEY KNOW THAT
