A little late evening trash digging never hurt anybody. Except that this really couldn't be considered trash, more like the forgotten and burned ruins of what was once something spectacular. A library, to be exact, that held valuable information about this world. How someone could ever be so evil to burn it down to the ground was beyond her. Burned books scattered around her, too charred to be recognizable and yet still she continues her fruitless search, crouched down and slowly moving through the rubble. When investigating a rumor, it was important to turn every stone. A book of immeasurable value was supposedly untouched, lying here for the taking waiting for some fortunate soul to finally pick it up and read it's contents...or so she had heard through the grapevine. With nothing but the dim light of her cell phone does she continue. The sun is setting, anyone else would have given up by now, but not Rin Tohsaka.
The sound of footsteps momentarily brings her up and out of her search and she stands, facing whatever idiot decided to waltz into this burned plot of land. If they had decided to come for what was hers, they weren't getting it. She's searched far too long to be put off by someone else. Her expression isn't friendly or inviting, in fact, it's more of a scowl than anything but it's also pretty clear that she's tired.
"What, are you here to search for it, too? The book that people are saying should be here? Well, good luck." She scoffs, "If I can't find it, you definitely can't. But if you wanna try, hurry up and start searching. The sun's going down."
