how to tell if it’s kin or hearted?

this is a hard one, and I've been dealing with it myself but here are some of the questions that help me the most

try looking at a photo of what your kinsidering. do you feel like you're looking at yourself or do you feel like you're looking at something you can relate to and identify with?

do you get the feeling of 'thats who I am' or "that's who I want want to be/wish I was'

do you have any advice for a cryptid shapeshifter and voidkin?

ofc!

buy a digital camera and take blurry photos of yourself in the woods. just trust me on this it gives it a found footage kinda vibe

wrap yourself in black blankets to replicate being a pool of void

bone related accessories. if thats your thing.

leave notes around your local forest, with or without a signature (I suggest using a pen name)

those notes can be "warnings" about you!! become the local urban legend!!

go hiking in the woods more often, ideally around dawn/dusk or at night but please don't risk your safety for species euphoria. please. its rly dangerous to walk alone at night esp if you get lost.

leave strange stone circles and stick figures in the woods. to confuse people and also to further ur urban legend

can u tell I kinda have a hyperfixation on becoming an urban legend. no. alright.../silly /lh

Any activity ideas for avian therians?

ofc! once again, sorry it took so long to get to you

build a nest out of blankets + pillows

go birdwatching

try going biking/learning how to ride a bike! I don't know how myself, but I've heard it feels like flying

a lot of avians are known to collect little trinkets and stuff, so feel free to set up a collection

similarly, there's many birds that weave their nests, so try learning how to sew, crochet, and/or knit

go to a trampoline park!

use a blanket/shawl/cloak to mimic wings

as always, everything is optional

Mouse tips!

Food:

trail mix! the more nuts, seeds, and dried fruits the better. Theriform mice can't eat grapes so you may want to avoid raisins.

granola/granola bars and cereal bars

fresh or dried fruit and veggies

Activities:

forage! bunch up a (clean) shirt, blanket, or other piece of fabric. scatter, or have someone else scatter/hide, some small dry food in the crevices of the fabric. then try to find the pieces of food!

make nests or burrows out of blankets

spend time exploring outside. observe and take note of the small things happening down on the ground

keep your lights off or dimmed more often. Theriform mice are largely nocturnal and feel safest in the dark

Gear and More:

warm, soft clothes in greys, browns, whites, or whatever colors feel most like you

if you have long hair, try braiding it to feel like a tail or putting it up in buns to look like theriform mouse ears

try chewelry

Could you give us some bunny tips, especially us lop earred bunnies?

ofc!

you can snack on carrots ofc, but more specifically salads in general

vegan/plant based snacks r also good

theres tons of places to buy crochet bunny ear hats from, and most of them r lop-eared as well

try adding eyeliner to your nose!!

fluffy/soft clothing to mimick ur fur

try chewelry shaped like the toys people give rabbits to make sure their teeth don't overgrow!

i used to be super hyperfixated on dragons when I was younger lol

Activites:

organize your hoard!! I suggest getting a curio cabinet or multiple, it helps keep it organized but still show off all of your trinkets and coins

hunt your plushies!

go on a ropes course!! they're usually very high up and very fun if you don't have a fear of heights

Snacks:

most depictions of dragons are obligate carnivores, so jerky snacks or prosicutto

chocolate coins,,,,,,,,,,

things like trail mix and dried fruit as well!

try wearing shawls or ponchos more often to mimick wings

soft bathrobe = cocoon

fidgets/accessories that light up are also Very Good

try learning to knit or crochet ! ik it seems kinda dumb, but trust me a, it rly reminds u of making stuff with ur silk. this also goes for any arachnidkin btw.

fluffy scarves remind me of neck fur kinda

wool. wool accessories, wool leg warmers, wool coats, just trust me. winter is your favorite season from now on/lh /silly

how do I get closer to my archetrope identity?

here are some of my ideas:

try researching different popular characters within said archetype, and figure out what parts of each character you identify with the most

if you can, try dressing in a way that reminds you of said archetype (ex: if your archetrope is the manic pixie dream girl, you can layer random acessories to try to evoke that kinda vibe)

read books featuring that specific archetype as a major part of the story (ex: if your archetrope is pirates, than you could read the pirate the witch and the sea, or similar books I'm pretty sure that's what that book is called)
