Transgenital/Altergenital: an altersex and transsex label for someone whose has changed or desires to change the genitals that they were born, not matching one's assigned sex. Transgenital includes people who have had or desire to have sex reassignment surgery. It also includes altersex people use desire genitals that are not normally found in human (xenogenital, faunagenital, etc.) Transgenital people may or may not also have or desire other changes to their sex characteristics.

Transgenital is not the same as transgender. Transgender people who don’t plan to have sex reassignment surgery would not be considered transgenital. Additionally, not all transgenital people are transgender.

The term was coined, with a extremely saturated flag, on August 3rd, 2018 by Fy of beyond-mogai-pride-flags (link). An alternate flag, more accessible one, was created by ap of beyond-mogai-pride-flags (link) on August 16th, 2018.

Bissex Flag

Bisex (or bisexed): having two sexes or conceptualizing yourself with a mixture of two or more sexes.

These sexes can be distinct from each other or similar, they don’t need to be essentially penile vulvarian (testicular ovarian or phallic vaginal), it may also include xenogonad(s) or xenogenitalia(s).

Bissex includes bigenitalia, bigonadal, ambissex (ambisexed, ambigonadal and ambigenitalia (phalgina)), they can be altersex &/or intersex (such as ovotesticular (ovotestis, “true hermaphroditism”), double genitalia (dissex/disex, diphallic (PD, diphallia), uterus didelphys (vaginal duplication, hemivagina)) and ambiguous genitalia/vagenis/pengina).

Not to be confused with (am)bigenderness or (am)bisexuality. Reminder this is regardless of genders and transness.
