Genital & chest terminology (for usage or writing!)
These are terms you can use for yourself, or while writing transgender/genderqueer and varsex (transsex, altersex, intersex) characters!

Penis terms: Dick, prick, cock, rooster, hen, turtle, phallie, phal, member, outtie, strapless, wang, willie, dong, schlong
Clitorophallus or micropenis/buried penis terms: T-dick, clitdick, dicklit, dicklet, cocklet, cocklit, neunis, c-phal
Clitorophallus or penis & vulva/penis & vagina terms: Dicksy, dickussy, phalgina, phalcunt, phalhole, dickunt, dicunt, cockunt
Clitoris terms: Clit, clitty, innie
Labioscrotal terms: Balls, sack/sac, lips, splitsac/splitsack/split/splitsie
Vulva or vagina terms: Pussy, coochie, cunt, entryway, front hole, hole, lepthole (for shallow vaginas)
Cloaca/urogenital sinus: Cloaky, cloak, cloa, cloe, clo, cloakhole, cloahole, clohole, usin, urosin, urohole, sinhole, sin
Breast/chest terms: Boobs, tits, udders, breasticles, chest, chesticles
Note: Genderqueer or varsex people may choose to use “opposing” terms for their genitalia or chest, for the purpose of euphoria or comfort. For example, a mulleripathian who hasn’t had bottom surgery may use the terms dick, cloaky, and sack to refer to their genitals, even though those terms weren’t made with mulleripathian genitals in mind.
Bonus: Some people add attributes to the front of their labels. Some examples include the following:
