"The old Asexual flag is bad because the white part represents non-asexual partners, I think this new flag is better!" WHY DOES IT HAVE WHITE IT IN AGAIN THEN!? Just change the meanings then, no one ever cares about the meanings until someone makes a new flag that is always rejected by the mainstream public because the old one is better. People know it and understand it and will always just stick with what we have now, it's SUPER hard to change these things now. Most people didn't even know that their are sub flags until this while 'trans ppl in sports' mess came up and I still get ppl surprised about bi flags existing irl. We don't need to complicate things more for people.

this could revolve around a specific idea or person.

examples could include something like where one is normally aromantic finds themself romantically attracted to a specific person.

this attraction often breaks for a single person, if that person were to not date or lose attraction to that person, it is unlikely they would continue to identify with this label, as the break in attraction is often definite.

i created the flag in order to give a better perspective to others on how I and others may feel from being borearomantic.

this flag is exclusively for borearomantic individuals, though it can be used alongside boreasexual or be lumped into boreasexual if one is both boreasexual and borearomantic.

the greys represent the shame and guilt from your attraction diverting from your usual orientation. the peach represents how no matter what, your usual romantic orientation is everlasting and isn't changed.

straight ppl dont need a flag. lgbtq flags are used for pride because of CENTURIES of opression. pride flags are one thing we have to help us be oroud of ourselves because of how badly we are treated "oh but straights are bullied on the internet!" thats VERY different than centuries of murder torture and opression tho. Nobody was ever kicked out of their home, burned alive, or assaulted for being straight. nobody thinks straight ppl need to be "fixed". did you know during the holocaust, queer people were burned alive? Yeah, that’s where the slur “faggot” comes from. Fagott means “bundle of sticks” in German. Think about that for a minute. Next time you see a straight pride flag, please educate that person.
