Putting aside what nation they're from, if you were to assign a different element to bend to each member of the Gaang and Azula's crew (including all of the nonbenders) what would they be? Ex. Katara is shown to be incredibly stubborn and forceful so maybe she'd excel as an earthbender or perhaps her seemingly unending passion means she'd make a better firebender? 🤔

I think Katara would make a good earthbender, but I'm going to give her fire. I think it suits her. Sokka would be the earthbender. Suki would be an airbender. Zuko would be a non-bender, but still be crazy good at swords. I can't see Toph as anything other than an earthbender. Aang would be a non-bending grifter who uses parlor tricks to make people think he can bend elements

Senic, Toa Pahamai of Poison

Based on one of @gunmetalgold’s specialized elements, Senic was a To-Matoran created by Makuta Phobrak just before her disappearance. Curious about the wider world, he was prone to wander the shores of his island alone. One day, he discovered a half-drowned Toa of Stone scrambling up the beach. Believing Senic to be a Po-Matoran, the Toa gave him his power just before he died, transform him into one of the only Toa of Poison in the Universe.

As a Toa, Senic spent several years defending his home alongside Unme and the other Toa Pahamai, until he grew bored and hijacked a trading ship that had arrived on the island by mistake. Sailing across the universe, he became a pirate and renowned mercenary in his own right, forging his own strange destiny.

Senic wears a great Kanohi Hau and wields a poison sword, capable of channeling any number of toxins and chemicals—some lethal, some not. Given the isolation of his home, he’s unaware of the Toa Code and not terribly interested in it as a whole, instead following his own code of morals. Despite his harsh exterior, he has a heart of gold, helping those who need it without being paid and shirking jobs that would require him to harm the weak. After rejecting just such an offer from the Dark Hunters, he became a bitter rival of the organization, and spends much of his time on the run from one assassin or another.
