DAY 281
Today's character is Kei Tsuzuki! Kei is a composer with a mysterious aura. He is fully immersed in music always, and considers it to be all that he has. He is often sleepy as he stays up late into the night working on music, and often a bit disconnected. He grew up in Berlin and used to compose for a songstress until her retirement which left him more depressed until he met people from 315 production, choosing to become an idol based on Rei's music.
FUN FACT: He has forgotten his own age, it is not listed in his profile.
kei!! i actually scanned a traditional sketch that i did here and just colored it, just thought that it would be fun and i really liked how it came out. might start doing that more idk i really want to listen to more of the sidem discography, i haven't really caught up with all of the circle of delight/anniversary passion albums. this goes for cinderella girls too lol.

Thread on Altessimo’s Songs (based on my twitter thread written in 11 Dec 2020)
1. The 1st Movement 〜未来のための二重奏〜
In First Movement, have Kei and Rei who just formed Altessimo together and are trying to understand each other. When you listen to it, you get a sense of coordination and more importantly their feelings of "wanting to come together to produce better music" lies within lyrics
2. Never end「Opus」
Moving on to Opus, whereby they have to overcome their own struggles to finally meet each other at the end of the song. Its bittersweet. Opus means a set of publications. Hence Never end "opus" refers to their desire to keep their music going and to never end.
* Would also like to add that process of music making is a reflective process. We reflect on past mistakes and do better subsequently. Opus probably alludes to that reflective process.
3. Tone’s Destiny
In Tone's Destiny, we hear a very energetic Altessimo. The song showcases their desire to show the world their music, as well as their gratefulness towards "Tone's Destiny". Both of them always felt that meeting each other was destined and they met at a recording session, which further reinforces the idea behind the title Tone's Destiny.
4. Mermaid Fermata
In mermaid fermata, we hear a very different Altessimo. The mood is sombre and somewhat different. The lyrics and strings in the background conveys the feelings of uncertainty and perhaps fear(?). Good to mention that fermata is pause in music. My take is that mermaid fermata conveys their fear of being alone, and disappearance. Honestly, I'm not sure, I'm still trying to understand the piece as I type, listening to it over and over. Might get a conclusion after multiple loops.
5. Attacca Scenery
In their latest song, Attacca Scenery, Altessimo appears to be at peace and are ready to move on after the break (pause) in mermaid fermata. The song image is bright, happy and gives me a feeling of resolving and overcoming hurdles. Perhaps that's what it is meant to show.
6. NEXT STAGE!
And of course, Altessimo ver of NEXT STAGE! shows them being happy and enjoying their performance. If you look at the titles, it was meant to be this way
