L - Say something genuinely nice about a character who isn’t one of your faves (chars you’re neutral on are fair game, as are chars you dislike)
There aren’t really a lot of characters I dislike now-a-days. I used to have a whole list of them, but these days I really only dislike characters when they are victims of shoddy writing. For example, I’m very neutral on Lightning. I don’t hate her, but I’m not super crazy about her. That being said, I think her design is nice, and I like how she can be sassy sometimes.
M - Say something genuinely nice about a ship that you don’t ship (or its shippers, or anything related to you)
I’ll go with my most obvious NoTP for this one (C//l/// o/ T–i). I have seen some really nice art for it. Also, I have met cool people who ship it throughout the years, and they are super nice, sweet, and talented, and I’m so happy to have met them.
Q - A ship you’ve abandoned and why
I have a few, mostly they just usually end up in the meh zone, but sometimes they’ll find their way onto my NoTP list. I have talked about the ships that I used to ship that ended up on that list before, but there is one I have neglected to put on the list due to my lack of interest in the source material. That ship is Ed//w/ a.. r//d x B// e/ l- l a. I liked it back when I read (and enjoyed) the source material, but over time, I realized that it was romanticized abuse under the guise of forbidden love.
R - A pairing you ship that you don’t think anyone else ships
Two come to mind for this one, and I’ve already talked about one in great detail, so I’ll talk about a new one. That ship is Will Powers/Adrian Andrews from Ace Attorney. I never see anything related to it, which I get, since there’s like no hints of it except for Will having a crush on her, and Adrian is mostly shipped with Franziska. But I think they’d be really sweet together.
S - Show us an example of your personal headcanon (prompts optional but encouraged)
I have a few of them. I’m planning on writing a “what if” prompt based around Miego, where Diego doesn’t get poisoned, and Mia doesn’t get killed (kind of similar to my Cleris headcanons where Aeris doesn’t get killed). Also, one where Ash Ketchum finds out anime!Giovanni is his father, and how he deals with it. I also have some Klavziska ones planned out too, one has Franziska hating Klavier because of the aftermath of the Gramarye trial (and also because he’s a foolish glimmerous fop), but eventually she starts to become fond of him. I’d have them written out already, but I haven’t really been inspired to write anything lately.
T - Do you have any hard and fast headcanons that you will die defending, about anything at all (gender identity, sexual or romantic orientation, extended family, sexual preferences like top/bottom/switch, relationship with poetry, seriously anything)
I have some of these. One is that Klavier Gavin has nicknames for a lot more AA characters than the ones he’s shown to interact with in canon. Like, he calls Franziska “Fräulein Whip,” or Maya “Fräulein Burger.” Also, Franziska von Karma being a champion horseback rider and waltz dancer as a child, but not really being active in either anymore due to her job. I also think that Diego would totally be the big spoon when he and Mia cuddle. There’s plenty more (both AA and not!AA), but I don’t want to say everything here.
