C&C Data Regarding: ALTR #0899 "Shamrock"
Recorded 14th November, 2022, at 3:43am by Assigned Scientist: [REDACTED], at the [REDACTED] facility, in line with the recent instructions to update the files of, and analyse all ALTRs within the "Jacksepticeye Community" beginning with ALTR #0363 "@tracobuttons".
ALTR #0899 was first contacted and documented by IRIS investigators within an ancient woodland in England, sometime during the month of September in the year of 2015, however the ALTR was unable to be captured during this time. Evidence as to the ALTR existing prior to this is coincidental at best and far fetched at worst. The ALTR continued to evade detection and containment until August of 2018 in which, using some peaceful and relatively harmless ALTRs as bait to draw out ALTR #0899, which led to a successful capture.
This ALTR typically appears as a short and thin, young, androgynous teenager, between the ages of 13–19. They have extremely pale, translucent skin (which makes obtaining blood samples easier, much to their discomfort and aggression), and dark eyebags beneath their eyes. Hair colour, style, and eye colour appear to vary depending on the ALTR's whims (further study required to see whether the ALTR's mood, environment, and health affect the colour changes). They have shown to be capable of understanding, mimicking, and reciprocating speech and writing, but are known to refuse to answer or be maliciously compliant when questioned by certain IRIS personnel.
This ALTR's alternative typical appearance, is that of a long and thin draconic creature measuring 33cm to the tail, 16cm to the shoulders, 22cm to the top of the horns, with golden scales, elongated and curved distal phalange bone "claws" (capable of easily slicing diamonds and tearing through most metals), two sets of teeth that can be switched between at will (the most used set are fangs not dissimilar to canine teeth, whereas the less used set appear not dissimilar to the teeth of the Deep-sea Lizardfish), and slitted eyes that change between blue, green, purple, and red (further study required to whether this colour change is affected by mood, environment, or health as well). Some IRIS personnel have claimed this form is capable of breathing fire but no conclusive evidence has been recorded regarding this.
Most notably, this draconic form has vibrantly iridescent feathered wings more akin to bat wings than avian wings, and a tufted iridescent feather tail. Both the wing and tail feathers appear to be a mix of purple, turquoise, and green with the purple dominant on the down and scapulars, the turquoise dominant on the coverts, and the green dominant on primary and secondary flight feathers. These wings and tail are capable of agile climbing, flight, as well as gliding.
Limited behavioural studies prove this ALTR to be more actively skittish in this form and therefore more defensively aggressive, especially when cornered. As such, correct PPE and caution should be maintained when interacting with the ALTR in this form.
The secondary draconic form of this ALTR is the most common ability they have displayed in containment thus far. Other abilities range from temporarily mimicking other ALTRs' abilities (time manipulation, shapeshifting, control of various elements, invisibility, teleporting, etc.), to the ability to find small lost objects, summon unnatural weapons or creatures (most frequently, three shadowy black wolves with glowing red eyes, a raven, and a shimmering purple cat with glowing silver eyes). These "summoned" animal companions rarely remain for longer than a few hours and always disappear upon the cell being accessed by IRIS personnel. However, no ability has only been recorded in use concurrently with another—current theory regarding this, assumes that each ability must be used solely on its own as has been observed thus far. Another theory regarding this, proposes that these abilities (barring the alternative draconic form) are merely illusions intended to mislead our studies of this ALTR. If this is in fact the case, then unfortunately it has been very effective.
The ALTR has also claimed they have "died" before and that they are capable of spontaneously resurrecting themselves if killed. However, due to a lack of evidence, this has not been tested nor will be tested in the future unless extenuating circumstances are experienced, and as such should not be counted unless replicable evidence is obtained.
These abilities do not change or occur at any specific time nor observed pattern, though when questioned, the ALTR claims these abilities come to them within their dreams. Whether this is true or not has yet to be tested either.
Attempts to study this ALTR have yielded mixed results due to their unpredictable behaviour, inconsistent powers, and constant escape attempts. Allowing ALTR #0899 to engage in a variety of activities within their cell is required to limit escape attempts; such activities include: singing, tea or hot chocolate making and consumption, cooking or baking and consumption, reading, drawing, writing, gardening, and sculpting. Social interaction is also required semi-regularly for the same reasons as the above activities.
Any attempts to remove comfort items that this ALTR has acquired will result in immediate aggression in attempts to protect their belongings—as such caution should be taken when routine cleaning of the cell is required. These items should not be damaged or removed as a punishment and can sometimes be used to lure the ALTR back to their cell during some escape attempts (not always applicable).
Rewarding the ALTR for reaching certain time milestones since last escape have also proven somewhat effective at kerbing escape attempts. If ALTR #0899 makes an escape attempt, use tranquilising methods when available, other non-lethal methods should only be used as last resort due to causing an increase in aggression and escape attempts afterwards.
Despite ALTR #0899's risk of danger, occasional aggression, and frequent escape attempts, this ALTR has caused only minor injuries at worst to IRIS personnel and other ALTRs (only during escape attempts or when making threat displays), and has in most cases shown distress at causing harm to others. Behavioural wise, they tend to be rather friendly, playful, and chatty in most cases (barring interacting with certain IRIS personnel as mentioned earlier) and will sometimes escape purely to have social interactions with IRIS personnel, or other ALTRs, and in these cases, if social interaction is not achieved, they will instead cause minor inconveniences through mischief wherever possible.
In conclusion: caution and appropriate PPE should be maintained during any contact with this ALTR and escape attempts should be prevented as due to the limited evidence and testing, and the risk of high potential threat level, ALTR #0899 requires continued containment and further study at IRIS to ascertain the true danger this ALTR may pose.
