Sharp cut in C9 solvent prices

C9 solvent prices have witnessed a considerable fall in the Ahmedabad market. Prices declined, mainly on account of dull regional buying sentiments. Prices are however expected to maintain a balanced trend by the middle of this month. On August 8, 2022, C9 solvent domestic repack prices in Ahmedabad were at Rs.183/Kg, a decline of Rs.6/Kg, from the previous price of Rs.189/Kg.

Low electrolytic copper rod prices as demand weakens

A sharp fall in electrolytic copper rod prices in the imported market of Ahmedabad was recorded today. Weak regional demand coupled with excess supply led to the price fall. Petrochem sources confirmed that electrolytic copper rod prices would, however, maintain a balanced trend within the next few days. On July21, 2022, electrolytic copper rod prices in Ahmedabad went down from Rs.785/Kg to Rs.780/Kg, a slip of Rs.5/Kg.

Reliance Industries Ltd announces PE prices

A revision in PE prices have beeen announced by Reliance Industries Ltd.

According to sources, wef July 21, 2022. HDPE injection moulding and yarn prices have been cut by Rs. 2/Kg basic, while all other HDPE grades prices have been lowered by Re. 1/Kg basic. LDPE EC grade prices are reduced by Re. 1/kg basic, while all other LDPE grade prices have been decreased by Rs. 2/Kg basic. LLDPE grade prices have been reduced by Rs. 2/kg basic.

Low NBA prices as demand weakens

A cut in NBA prices in the imported market of Kandla was recorded today. Weak regional demand coupled with excess supply led to the price fall. Petrochem sources confirmed that NBA prices would, however, maintain a balanced trend within the next few days. On July 19, 2022, NBA prices at Kandla for imported tanker load went down from Rs.116/Kg to Rs.114/Kg, a slip of Rs.2/Kg.

SRON-astronomen hebben de aanwezigheid van aluminiumoxide (AlO) gevonden in het spectrum van exoplaneet WASP-43b. Dit komt als een verrassing omdat verwacht wordt dat AlO verscholen zit in de lagere atmosferische lagen. Het is pas de tweede keer dat astronomen het molecuul in de atmosfeer van een exoplaneet waarnemen.
