The house I’m using for my Perfect Genetics / Supernatural Legacy Challenge is this gorgeous beach house by @alverdinesims. I only edited it slightly and made the interior colorful for the challenge.

And the world I’m using is the stunning Oakwood by @simsinthemovie

More Testing...

Finished up sorting my CC files into categories so I can start weeding out what I want to put in CCmagic and make a backup of the others. I think I’m going to do a test of a single category file folder and do some experimenting with hiding the files from the catalog and use collection folders with CCmagic. It’s usually how I find stuff anyways. That way I can use the catalog for mostly EA’s content. 

Anyways, that’s the plan for now. Might take a few days or a week. idk. Still testing lighting mods with tweaks. This one is okay. I did edit the photos but I didn’t have to go overboard.

Hey @alverdinesims I know you’re working on a fix for the sims tag stretching locator thing. We need one for the weather stone too, unless we have something like this already. I don’t mind the weather stone being in the game, I just don’t need a stretching locator tag following me on the screen. If you can tell me what files to look for in the gameplaydata.package I can do some of the work.

Edit: Testing this mod and it seems to be working. I’m on Patch 1.67.

 Thank you! It’s going well. Have finished 3 weeks so far and not completely hating it yet so that’s good. I do wonder where all my free time went though!

Not exactly. I looked up plans (and I’m pretty sure the one I showed him was from Anna White) but my husband didn’t follow them. He just kinda looked at the picture and then decided what he wanted to use and how he wanted to put it together so I guess the answer is…kind of?

I heard that with the new update villagers don't ruin your paths anymore, I don't know how accurate it is though :p

That would be nice. We’ll soon find out. Let’s hope it doesn’t touch my other special trees or flowers. I imagine there is going to be some sort of tragedy either way though. lol

Yeah, people have hard times figuring stuff out. Personally I hate labels, I don’t see my relationships as something that fits labels properly, I just do me and what makes me happy. If people have a problem with that, there’s a hole where they should stick it ^___^

Yeah. It’s hard being with a men who’s pretty reserved in emotional terms, especially since she’s the opposite. They complement each other, but they have their moments.

That’s great to hear! I think it should be more of a thing in general. Back in the days social media was way more personal. After all it’s all about people.

I love to see what y'all get up to besides playing sims. Following only simblrs with strictly sims stuff does get boring after a while. Diversity on your blog is a good thing (and everyone not interested can just skip the post anyway). Just go for it :)

I agree! I follow quite a few non-sims blogs and tags. I think personal posts are always great to start a conversation and find people who have something in common with you!
