I just spent hours building a house in the Sims only for me to accidentally pull my hard drive out and lose all my progress because I didn't save it

Me: I swear to fucking god if you delete this-

Tumblr: ~loads ask~

Me: *saves*

Me: you mother fucker, how dare you do that to me?

Nothing smells of rage quit more than losing 5+ hours of progress tedious resource grinding on a game after you thought you saved, only to wake up the next day realizing you didn’t.

Put me out of my misery please.

I am an Idiot

I wanna cry now because of how stupid I am.

I had just written the first portion of a Fanfic I was working on and

I had written the first portion of a FanFic I was working on and like an idiot I decided to pause writing to play Hogwarts Legacy. What went wrong, might you ask?

The game glinched out and I lost all that progress.

* sighs *

Why didn't I just save?

swear i had a fully drafted and edited fic somewhere on my laptop but nope i looked everywhere and even on my flashdrives it's fucking disappeared like what🧍‍♀️i have so much to rewrite ALL my dialogue went poof
