About Jessica 1. What branch of service is your S/O in? What’s their job? Marine Corps his MOS is ECM (electronic counter measures)
2. What’s their name, your relationship status, & how long have you been with them? Brandyn. Married. 2.5 years.
3. Did you meet them before or after they joined? Before, but we were just best friends
4. Hardest part of being a military girlfriend/boyfriend/wife/husband/fiancé(e)? Probably having to move away from home and being alone a lot once doing that. Deployments also suck but they’re bearable.
5. When will you get to see your military S/O? Deployment Homecoming
6. Do you two have a good, stable relationship? For the most part but we have problems just like everyone else.
7. Has your S/O ever been deployed? Yep
8. If so, how many times and where? this is his/our second last year to Afghanistan this year Japan
9. During deployments do you struggle with being happy? not really however there have been struggles that I’ve had during both
10. Has your relationship ever suffered due to distance? no it’s never been the distance but other things have causes bumps that we’ve worked through
11. Uniform or civilian clothes? both. I prefer woodland camis over dessert camis. But I love his plaid and country look <3
12. Have they given you their dog tags to wear? yes
13. Do you enjoy being with someone in the military? I would enjoy being with him no matter what but I am very proud of him for serving our country
14. Ever wished you had met someone who wasn’t in the military? I always said I wasn’t gonna be with someone in the military bc I didn’t think I could do it or handle it but I wouldn’t change what we have
15. Do you cherish time more with them since they leave so much? yes I do for sure
16. Is your S/O trustworthy when it comes to being faithful? I do.
17. Have they ever surprised you with homecomings? no unless you count coming home from work early without saying anything lol
18. Real men wear combat boots? gag. real men are kind and respectful to women and have lots of occupations

If you had a son what would his name be? A daughter’s? Answer: My son's name would be Sparta so I can introduce him as "THIS IS SPARTA!" And my daughter's name would be Narnia so that way when I go Christmas shopping and pick out presents for her I shall claim "FOR NARNIA!"

Where would you go if money wasn’t an issue? Answer: Paris, France
What is your favorite season? Why? Answer: Fall and Winter because I love all the seasonal smells and the cold weather and the holidays and just perfect for me!
What is one important thing you remember from your childhood? Answer: I remember spending four years of my life with my great grandparents due to issues between my mother and father. All the happy and wonderful memories from spending time with them. Every visit, every summer, anything spent with them was the greatest.
