Alex: Headphones in, world out basically. A walk through the woods is great too or taking a long drive.

Rose: That it's okay to go through tough times. That I did not have to feel bad about not being able to do things to my normal capacity while going through a tough time and that I was absolutely going to find my way even if I did not know where to ggo just yet.

Victoria: Ok so this is not gonna be that relatable but during a 2 week long internship in our local library 7? Years ago the head librarian told me that I could definitely make a career out of it if I wanted to and that comment came back to me during a time where I did not know what to do with my future at all and now I'm on my second year of my apprenticeship and I couldn't be happier.
