Best way to start the day, hit the gym and GO HARD !!!! Extra pumped and motivated- my best friend, the amazing and incredibly beautiful Monique came around last night. She's absolutely amazing and the most wonderful person in the whole wide world, I just can't understand how someone as amazing,wonderful and incredibly beautiful can get depressed, and it's when she's by herself. I feel so blessed and lucky to be afforded the privilege to be close to her and be her friend- I just wish she'd see the light and distance herself from the people who take her for granted, especially Andrew ... her mum is a different story but she needs to distance herself from her also by keeping herself busy with business/ work.
