I think this photo from Bejiing is very sobering and compelling in regards to the effects pollution and gas emissions have on not only climate change, but humans and pets in the city.
We should work towards reducing our footprint as much as we can, so that we can have healthy walks with our dogs
this is spoilery so I'll send an ask. I listened to TAZ Balance all over again a couple months ago and was struck by Lucretia. Seeing the beginning with the context of the ending made me feel for her, and how she essentially took on the weight off the world alone.
This is honestly probably the biggest reason I want to listen to Balance a second time at the moment. Lucretia was for me a top three favorite character throughout my entire listen through, solidified more with her reveal for using the Voidfish. As soon as that truth snapped into focus there were so many moments that I flashed back to where she was featured that come into a whole new light. I’m eager to experience the series again with this shift in perspective.
But there’s also other aspects and reveals in addition to Lucretia that I’m interested in seeing, as well as details and crumbs presented that I totally missed the first go around.
