Eyes

The first example of this word I found happened to be from the most embarrassing place possible (ie. a disaster of a story that is mostly just pornography) so, thanks a lot!

“How much. How much did you think about this? Before we started… you know?”

“Gosh,” Jared gasps. “All the time.”

“And did you - did you - did you - jerk yourself off while you thought about me?”

A blush inches down Jared’s back, from the tips of his ears to the base of his spine, like flowers opening up towards sunlight. He grips the edges of the desk and shudders.

“Sometimes.”

Richard leans over his shoulder. His eyes are so hot Jared can feel them on him. “Show me how,” he says.

My Boston buddy - Jared would fucking cry if he went whale watching in the harbor. He also has a CD of whale sounds for relaxation purposes and can talk for a solid hour about their communication patterns, their beauty, the occasional loneliness of their existence.

Yes!!!! In that fic I’m writing, Jared definitely goes on a whale watch in the Harbor (with his new coworkers) and goes on birdwatching walks along the Charles every weekend.

Jared buys the guys succulents for their work space (different ones to match their personalities) and is so delighted and almost teary when they all actually do the bare minimum and water them occasionally

Yes omg!! When Pied Piper becomes a Real Company and gets a Real Office Jared orders a bunch of succulents from Ikea, one for everyone’s desk, plus a couple for random spots in the office. Plus a couple other plants because it’s been proven that plants are good for office productivity.

Richard + 23 :)

There’s one thing that drives Erlich fucking crazy about Richard.

Well that’s not quite true. A lot of things about Richard drive Erlich crazy. But there’s one in particular.

Richard can pout for days. For so long that he can literally forget that they were fighting about but still grouch for the sake of grouching. 

The first time this happens Erlich goes all out with his apologies - wine, chocolate, flowers, even a giant “I’m Sorry” teddy bear. When he surprises Richard with tickets to a Star Trek marathon at a local movie theater, Richard smiles.

“You know, I forgot what we were even fighting about,” he says. “Well, not exactly, but...I’ve forgotten why it mattered so much to me.”

Erlich wants to scream, but instead just pats Richard on the back and says “Yeah, so have I. Peace?” 

Richard nods.
