Prompt 19: Ryou writes letters to Amane, sure, but what if she started writing him back?

for the @bakubangspeedrun

i interpreted what i could from Ryou's letter in the manga, then finished it. then, i wrote Amane's response. the idea is that after touching the puzzle, the spirit of the ring grants Ryou a wish.

(typed out letters below the cut)

Dear Amane,

how is school? How are you and mother? Your brother started his new school today. I've only been there a little while and on the very first day I've already made friends. They asked to play Monster World at my apartment, which was surprisingly forward. I worry it might be hard to convince them to stop trying to befriend me. I wish I didn't have to. I wish I could have friends. I wish I wasn't so alone.

And, as always, I wish you were here, Amane.
