Moon, approaching menacingly: I shall hunt you down, pretty little star, I crave your fear, I thirst for your screams.
Y/N, napping at their desk: mhmmmm, that's nice, Moonie.
Moon, gently gliding his claws over their cheek: not even the realm of slumber can protect you from my clutches, my pretty. Won't you run for me? Won't you grace me with the sweet taste of terror? A new lullaby sung by your beating heart?
Y/N, yawning, casually pulling Moon closer like a plushie, resting their head on him: shut up, I had a twelve hour shift. You're my pillow now, don't move.
Moon, grinning, wrapping his arms around his beloved: Such a fate, when the pretty prey commands the hunter. Rest, my sweet, worry not. I shall cradle your dreams and devour your nightmares, all mine, forever mine.
Y/N, humming happily: while you are at it with that speech, tell me a story, please.

I close the door to my home behind me as I step out. It was afternoon now, the sun starting to set over the horizon. My hood was down today unlike last night.
I walk down the path up to the castle, my pace a tad faster than usual since I actual had to schedule an appointment to meet with this Creator.
AND I was NOT going to be late!
My wings flap anxiously behind me as I put my hair into a braid. The tips of my pointed ears were turning red from the cold, so I brush some of my downy feathers (they're like baby hairs to me) to cover and warm them.
Though it was bothersome I still prefer the cold than the scorching heat of summer...
I enter the castle with a small sigh. A staff bot rolls up to me, holding its hands out. I shake my head and dismiss it with a wave of my hand. It backs off as I walk deeper into the castle.
Today I wasn't sticking to the lower floors. Instead, I was going up to one of the towers...
The creepy...PROBABLY haunted towers...
I was halfway up the stairs when a scream rips through the air and bounces off the walls. I shiver, wings closer to my shoulders now. Why do people like this sort of thing?!
I reach the top and find a single door. The metal frame was a tad rusty and had suspicious dark stains. I reach into my side pouch and pull out the second envelope from the pair I had before.
I look at the address on the envelope then step closer to the ruby-encrusted plaque on the door. They matched.
I pull out my pocket watch and check the time. Ten minutes early. What would be the harm if I'd knock now?
I raise my fist to the door. Inches away from connecting to the metal, it creaks open and a small cool breeze blows out.
It blows up some dust (why don't the staff bots clean up here?!) causing me to let out a sneeze.
"Bless you." A deep voice croons.
My gaze rises to meet sharp golden eyes. A tall animatron with marron metal and shiny bronze rays greets me. He had on a black suit that looks like it was pulled from the Victorian era. The black cape he had on made it seem like his shadow rose form the floor to rest over his shoulders.
A golden chain drapes across his chest and in one of his rays was a ruby stud.
White sharp teeth glint in the small light in this tower. "Good afternoon Archvist~."
"Grand Duke." I greet curtly. "I have an appointment this time. So don't even try to pull any tricks."
He chuckles and places a taloned hand on his chest, showcasing a golden ring with one ruby in the middle flanked by two diamonds. "You wound me so, darling~. Please come in."
He opens the door fully, standing to the side to allow me to enter. I eye him as I step through the doorway. He raises a brow, his grin never leaving.
I turn my attention to the room and the breath from my lungs leave. It was like something out of a fairy tale novel. The Grand Hall was elegant yet modern. The colors dark yet soft somehow. Beautiful pillars that connected at the top via arches hold up the domed ceiling.
A short distance in front of me is a staircase that leads up to a platform before splitting into staircases on the left and right.
At the platform is a giant stain glass window, showcasing in vibrant colors a scene of three high ranking fae (I interact with the species a lot, so I know fae when I see them) interacting with a female human. They seem to be trying to gain her attention from a small dark sphere in her hands.
I gasp as the glass in the window shifts, giving the characters life and movement. The yellow fae on the left attempts to give the woman a flower, the blue one from the right tries to give her a harp, while red the one above her (the biggest of the three) attempts to place a crown on her head.
My wings jerk, spreading out in alarm. I snap my pointed gaze at eclipse who retracts his clawed finger away from my spine.
"What have I said about messing with my wings?" I ask, annoyed.
"Sorry, Love. I couldn't resist the opportunity." He folds his hand behind his back, obscuring them with his cape. He saunters in front of me, "I will fetch my lady. Please refrain from touching any of windows."
"Why? Afraid I'll leave smudges on them?" I tease, my wings folding comfortably against my back.
"Oh no, darling~." he chuckles darkling, looking over his shoulder to pin me with his golden gaze. "But I am obligated to warn guest of their unique...talent of trapping people into their worlds..."
I shiver slightly, whether from the new knowledge of the windows (Relm Holders I suppose) or form his tone and gaze, I don't know.
He hums in thought before continuing up the stairs. I wait till he turns to the right stairs and reaches the top without trying anything.
I roll my shoulders and rub the back of my neck. I walk to the center of the Grand Hall and at the foot of the stairs. I take my time looking around, each stained-glass window leaving me equally breathless.
One was of scales of justice. On one plate was a gavel and a rolled-up scroll, while the other had a heart, which had colors of pink, blue, yellow, and red. They kept rising and falling, as if their fate was still undecided.
Right next to it was a scene of the ocean crashing against a rock cliff. Two leviathans and a VERY tall kraken look down at the cliff where a small human with shimmering blue patches of skin sings to them.
The final one was familiar. A certain viscount holds up a paint brush, red paint lining its path as he flourishes it while bowing. The Marquis has a violin under his chin, the musical notes showing and dripping with blood. His eyes closed but the smile on his face filled with mischief. The Grand Duke (Who was taking his sweet time getting his Creator) Holds up a large diamond, one of his fangs stained red.
The poor dear suffering the affections holds up one hand to stop the three from doing anything to rash, yet behind her back she holds a wooden stake.
I snort, "I'll have to meet this one. To be able to put up with those three...In fact all these Place-Holders have to put up a lot..."
I look back up at the stairs, crossing my arms. My shoulders tense as I hear the sound of heels clicking on tile. I bow as a regal figure starts her descent down the stairs.
"Amarynthian-Chronicles," I bow, "It's an honor to finally meet you."
"The honor's all mine." She responds.
I straighten up, finally getting a good view of her. On top of her head was a crown made of black shattered glass that seemed to shift and swirl as if there was mist trapped in each shard. A see-through red veil covers her face
Her black hair was down but curled around her elvan ears. Her red pixie wings flutter slightly behind her. Everything about her color wise was red, black, gray, orange or yellow. She had on a beautiful ball gown with a gorgeous closed shawl that had gems sewn into the fabric.
Her blood red eyes regard me with curiosity and mischief. If I didn't already know she was a creator, I would have mistaken her for High-Ranked Royal Fae.
She meets be at the base of the stairs. She gives me an apologetic look as she moves the veil over her head so that it was no longer covering her. "So sorry about the last time you tried to pay me a visit."
"It's alright, I should've known better than to not take Moon's threats for granted..."
"He does not joke when it comes to his booby-traps..." She hisses through clenched teeth.
She then gestures to a table with two chairs...That were NOT there before. Seeing my stunned expression, she laughs and puts a hand on her hip. "You alright?"
"Oh yes!" I blush, "Sorry...You'd think I'd get used to it by now..."
We both share a laugh as we sit down. She rubs her hands together< "Now! I believe you have something for me to look over and possibly sign, correct?"
"Yes." I nod. I bend over to the side a bit to dig through my side pouch while Amarynthian-Chroniclesclaps her hands in delight.
"I've been meaning to get this over with for a while but the old man who you took over for was SO forgetful..."
I nod my head, humming in agreement. I shout in delight when I find the envelope but then a shadow falls over me and my smile quickly morphs into a frown.
"Dear Duke," I get out through gritted teeth.
"Yes~?" He bends over me and I'm forced to look at his smug face.
"Can refrain from bothering me for at least two seconds?"
"I'm afraid not. It would be pure torture to let you go unbothered, my darling Raven~."
"Eclipse." Amarynthian-Chronicles warns with a snap of her finger. The Grand Duke pulls back with a small chuckle and then walks over to stand behind her.
"I apologize, my gem~. But the Archivist is too easy to rile up."
I shoot him a glare before handing Amarynthian-Chronicles the envelope. She opens it and pulls out an introductory letter and a stack of papers.
"Wow...it's really stacked up." She mumbles. With a wave of her hand the papers fly in a circle around her head. Her eyes quickly scanning each one.
I lean back in my seat with a sigh, stretching out my arms to relieve some of the tension. It works for a moment but when I look up to find Eclipse licking his fangs while maintain eye contact with me, the tension comes flooding back.
"Don't you have a Place-Holder to go bother?" I snap.
"Dear Y/n is with my brothers currently." Eclipse rolls his eyes and puts one hand on his hip and waves the other in the air dismissively. "They are showing her around the palace. Boring really. I'm here trying to entertain myself."
"Ahuh..."
"By the way Raven, how would you like to join in my blood gem collection~? Just a drop of your precious red and you'll be immortalized."
"Okay One, I'm already immortal you leech-,"
"Rude~."
"Two, you are not tricking me to become your servant for the rest of eternity..."
"But it would be so fun-,"
"FOR YOU-,"
"Alright, alright..." Amarynthian-Chronicles claps her hands together and the papers neatly stack on top of each. It lands on the table with a soft thud. She blows over the top form and her signature appears.
"I found no fault with these forms. You now have my John Hancock."
"Thank you, Madam." I stand up and grab the stack of papers, leaving the introductory note with her. "If you ever have any questions, concerns, or statements you'd liked to make about the castle, please feel free to message me or visit my mushroom."
"Mushroom...That sounds like fun!" She nods her head, "I will come down if the need arises...OR if I'm bored..."
I laugh, "I would appreciate your company all the same! Have a pleasant evening."
I give another bow to her. Then I turn my attention to Eclipse, "Duke." I nod.
"Archivist." He responds back with a softer tone and a small bow. But I could see the glint in his eyes.
I turn tail and get out of there, slightly flying as my wings anxiously beat.
I close the door softly behind me, hearing the two on the other side laughing at my behavior. I sigh and start the descent down the stairs to the first floor of the castle.
I have meet with two creators so far. And I'm sure there will be more to come...

Episode two is completed!
This was so much fun to write and I hope you all enjoyed reading it!
Y/N, playing chess with Jester: you know, we could have just gone with poker in this situation. I have absolutely no idea what I am doing right now.
Jester, content, observing his lovely opponent with sadistic glee: my, as if I would miss the opportunity to witness your delightful demise, foolish little human. I am even more entertained with the ludicrous plan you had of removing pieces when you thought I wasn't looking.
Y/N:...yeah, fair, that was a dumb idea. Look, we both know I am not getting out of this, is there any other way I can get my boys back?
Harlequin, sitting on the side, tied up to Pierrot: I cannot believe you gambled us away in a petty bet in the first place! I am offended, darling, absolutely offended! Although, Pierrot here does serve as a convenient resting pillow.
Pierrot, absolutely done with the situation: Jester, don't you think this is a bit too much? We have been here for hours, I left muffins in the oven, for heaven's sake! We learned our lesson not to challenge you, can we please have your forgiveness and will you let us go? Besides, my beloved has already proven themselves to you.
Jester: now, now, Pierrot, don't you fight their battles for them, they need to get out of this themselves. Besides, I am sure the Doctor has already done away with the muffins, you needn't worry. As for you, little human, tick tock, shall we raise the stakes? I give you five minutes to solve the game or I proceed to take your king. Or dare I say, your two princes, hmmm?
Y/N, taking a deep breath: in that case, I seem to have no choice...are you ready, Doc?
Doctor, appearing from the shadows behind Jester, placing a sheet over the struggling leader's head: run along, little one, I will keep him busy.
Y/N, smiling, dragging Harlequin and Pierrot away: we'll give you all the muffins you want later, thanks for the help!
Y/N, trying to fix the car: this is the last time I am taking you two anywhere, the engine is ruined.
Harlequin, playfully lying on the car roof: now, no need to be so dramatic, pretty pet, let's just think of this as a wonderful opportunity to get to know each other better, quality time, bonding experience...and I am having so much fun watching Pierrot fail at setting up the tent.
Pierrot, on his last nerve: I shall end your existence in the most painful way a sentient mind could possibly imagine. You could make yourself useful and come hold the rope while I try to stabilize the whole construction.
Harlequin: oh, to hear that last part out of context, my, how scandalous. Relax, worst case scenario is we just sleep in the car. I call dibs on the back seat, of course. The pretty pet can join me, I can be a good pillow. You have fun sleeping in the passenger seat, Pierrot, you can think about the meaning of life or something.
Y/N, desperately dialing Ticket Taker's phone number: hello, sir? We really need some help with-....what do you mean you already know?
Ticket Taker, sipping coffee in his office, holding a fancy old phone receiver: I had taken the liberty of installing several tracking devices on you three fools beforehand, knowing your penchant for getting into statistically impossible situations.
Y/N, trying to push the boys away as they listen to the conversation: Could you please come pick us up? The car is pretty much dead at this point. It is going to rain, Pierrot has issues with the tent, and if I squeeze those two together in the car overnight, they are going to kill each other. Please don't tell Jester.
Ticket Taker: I do require a price for both my assistance and my silence. Sweet guest, are you prepared to serve me as my helper for the next month? I do have a lovely uniform already prepared for you, a most fashionable piece, bearing my colours.
Y/N: you know what, you got yourself a deal, that will be a pure vacation for me in comparison to this.
Ticket Taker, satisfied: pleasure doing business with you, dear guest.
Y/N, standing in Jester's office, gesturing at Pierrot and Harlequin: I would like to return these, please.
Jester, unimpressed: do you have a receipt?
Y/N, blinking tiredly: no, I have a headache. Just take them back, they are impossible. They purr all night. They keep making loud noises and demanding an infinite supply of kisses and attention. They broke three of my laptops by trying to lie on them.
Jester: not a single chance, darling visitor, they are your responsibility now. I am infinitely amused by your suffering, I must say. Bil has been enjoying your written complaints as a type of light reading before bed.
Pierrot, making sad noises, hugging Y/N's leg: don't abandon me, my glistening jewel in the darkest cavern, I will be good! I solemnly swear upon all the celestial bodies that I shall not try to lie on a single new computer contraption you purchase!
Harlequin, hugging Y/N's other leg: I make absolutely no promises at all, I just wished to participate in this delicious activity of holding your warm body close. Soft, warm, splendid curvature, perfect for caressing, biting....and we are perfectly aware that you enjoy our presence, don't think that little blush goes unnoticed. Dearest liar, my favourite hypocrite, admit it. You love us ever so dearly, don't you?
Y/N:....I am still really mad about the laptops.
Harlequin, grinning: we will steal some new ones for you, won't we, Pierrot? Temporary truce?
Pierrot: I may even have half a mind to unite forces with a scoundrel such as yourself, if it means I could bring joy to my beloved. No goal is unachievable, no limit set, as long as their smile graces my day.
Y/N, patting them both: fine, you two, I will keep you a bit longer then. I am still going to keep sending my written complaints to Jester and Taker, though.
Jester, tilting his head, a mad glint of joy in his eyes: we shall be looking forward to the mail then.
Pierrot, hearts in eyes: my most esteemed dearest darling, I come here to humbly ask for your hand in marriage. May the flames of our passion place the heavenly stars to eternal shame, may the melodies of our mutual pleasure echo for the cosmos to hear. I shall cradle your heart in my trembling hands, kissing it ever so tenderly.
Y/N, blinking tiredly: how big is the pre-nup contract that Jester and Taker wrote, Pierrot?
Pierrot:...several thousand pages, my dear, it is the most terrifying thing I have ever seen.
Y/N: I love you, but I am not reading that, honey.
Harlequin, from the walls: I propose we all just go to Vegas on the next flight!
Pierrot, growling: what is he doing here?!
Y/N: I have no idea, he just lives in the vents now. He shares the internet bill, at least.
Harlequin: I am proving that I can commit to the bit, my dear! Does Pierrot help with the utilities? Hmmmmm? I think not! Not a single suitor in this entire forsaken excuse of a township has ever proven himself more worthy of your kisses than I! Therefore, I too officially ask for your hand, and all the other marvellous and succulent parts of you.
Y/N, preparing a pot of coffee: Pierrot, you read the first half of the marriage contract, Harlequin reads the second half, summarize it for me and we will see what we can negotiate with the big scary blue and purple men later.
Pierrot, grinning with maniacal glee: as my precious falling star commands, I shall crawl through the darkness of these paragraphs if it means I could get the prize of kissing your silken skin.
Harlequin, crashing through the ceiling, eyes glowing emerald and tentacles writhing: I am going to devour that contract that dared to stand between us, my dear.
Pierrot, kissing Y/N's hand: my tender petal, your flesh rivals the finest velvet, the precious curves of your form must have been made by a sculptor gone mad with the dream of your beauty. My darling nightmare, may I never wake from this enchanted slumber.
Y/N, smiling: you're very silly, and a very good boy. Unlike that other one who broke the vacuum cleaner.
Harlequin, sitting in the corner crankily: that contraption was evil, I say! How long must I endure this cruel punishment, sweet rabbit? Oh, I am just a humble Harlequin, and here I live to see the day where my own wicked darling banishes me to this cold abyss for a thousand years!
Y/N: you have been there for barely five minutes.
Harlequin: an eternity! I wither away as we speak! Remember me, my dear one, may my memory live on in your icy heart. Now, I perish. Observe my demise, I look good from this angle.
Pierrot, grinning: I am observing quite happily. I could watch this every day and never get tired of it. Do you think we could throw darts at him while we are at it? Better yet, I was eager to test my new blade collection and he is the perfect target.
Y/N, placing their hand over his mouth: behave, Pierrot. Now, Harley, you can endure a few more minutes over there and then you may come back here and cuddle with us. Is this adequate?
Harlequin, bowing: merciful sweetheart, I am grateful. What a gentle little rabbit you are, my dear Y/N. See, Pierrot? I told you they were going to show forgiveness, therefore there is no problem with telling them about that little washing machine incident we had earlier.
Y/N:...what?
Harlequin, wrapping his tentacles around Y/N and Pierrot happily: cuddle time!
Leviathan Sun: come play, precious human, play with me in the depths, I shall offer you songs and pearls, kisses and poems, make merry with me for all eternity.
Sailor Y/N: the waves you send shall not sway my ship, nor shall your words sway my heart.
Leviathan Sun, grinning: admirable is your heart, strong, proud, holding its own against the storms of Fear. Nevertheless, the sea swallows all, and your love shall be mine by dusk's final whisper.
Sailor Y/N, raising an eyebrow: you seem pretty confident, Leviathan. The smile of innocence hides deceit and mischief. The sun shall disappear soon and you have no power nor authority once the Night comes. I bought my time well and you lose the game.
Leviathan Sun, purring, leaning closer to the ship, waving his golden tail: correct you are, clever little starfish, I hold no domain over the realm of stars. However, another shall come, equally enamoured with you, who will bring you and your vessel to our kingdom. I bought my own time as well, holding your attention, charming you, distracting you.
Sailor Y/N, noticing dark tentacles surround their ship as the sun has almost fully set: oh, you have got to be kidding me. That is so not fair.
Kraken Moon, emerging from the dark waters, leaning over the ship, whispering adoringly: worry not, my moonlit pearl, we shall take good care of you. Stars may reflect their beauty upon the ocean waters, but none can compare to you. You shall become one of us, our sweetheart, our consort, we will play with your hair, we will tell you tales, you shall never go hungry.
Sailor Y/N, heart pounding as the Leviathans gently caressed them with their claws, their tiny ship slowly being pulled downwards: you know, I'd better be getting a very pretty sparkling tail in this deal, or I am going to complain for eternity.
Leviathan Sun, kissing them deeply: of course, starlight of the sea. Let's go home now.
