A lot of times I sit down to write messages or comments to my fav people and then I reword it so many times and then I give up. But rest assured, I have sent some of you many messages with my mind.

Waaaaack.
For serious, though. The essence is that I've lost a ton of muscle mass, I have to gym access or money for that, and I was sore for 4 days after doing something SO MENIAL compared to what I was doing whenever I stopped lifting. So in the mean time I'm stuck doing body weight exercises, which is ok because I'm really weak and poor, and I'm doing some long walks (some of which are weighted) and that's ok, too.
I have to remember that as long as I keep trying to do stuff, it will suck less over time

What about, like, eating small things our of small things? It’s pretty much the best, really tiny bowls and such.
