What’s Dippy’s favorite hobby?

Apart from fishing, I think he'd be into whittling! Something about a big lunk of an argonian being (and trying) to be careful with details via wood and knife is very endearing to me.

He'd carve little animal figures and charms for Sophie and Blaise someday. He'd also give something to Teldryn, like a carved statuette of sorts, inscribed with really cheesy but sweet words all in Dunmeri (Ves helps with the Dunmeri part)

About Andrias, I remember in an interview with Matt where it was confirmed that when he saw Marcy getting away with the box in TC he had a flashback to chasing after Leif with a sword when she was stealing the box, the "now look what you made me do" line he said after he stabbed Marcy at the end of the finale implies that he's talking to Leif.

Kinda wish we got more Leif and Barrel to show even more depth to Andrias’ character and how much it hurt not just him but the others as well. Leif had to start over and change her name, go into hiding all the while still believing that one day Andrias might understand why she did what she did. Not to mention seeing the new caste system and knowing that it’s partly her fault why Andrias made it so frogs are at the bottom.

Then there’s Barrel, a brief moment of hesitation caused him to basically be banished to the outskirts of the kingdom where he would eventually die a hero to the common folk. Imagine him trying so hard to be a hero to make up for his mistake and hope that Andrias might hear of his heroism and call him back and forgive him but instead he fell in battle, likely with Andrias and Leif being the last people on his mind.

Imagine if Barrel had come to Wartwood just before he went to fight the Narwal Worm and found Leif who denied that it’s her but later in private conversations would admit it and she explains why she did what she did, Barrel understanding and forgiving her. She invites him to dinner but he takes a rain check, but that he’ll be back after he deals with a Narwal Worm. Leif hearing of Barrel’s fate and probably leaves out a plate for him on the anniversary of his death at dinner (which became a Plantar tradition but was changed to “lost family and friends”).

Andrias hearing about Barrel’s death and debating with himself if he should honor him or continue to stay mad, the guilt tearing him up inside since it was him in a moment of rage that sent Barrel off to basically die. The Core manipulating young Andrias, praying on the anger.

Hell, I’d love to do more Divorce Trio stuff but as a loremaster it’s hard to decide what to do and stay “in-canon” as best as possible, y’know

Looking back at True Colors after Andrias stabbed Marcy, I think looking at his expression on his face you can kinda tell he did care about Marcy in a way and didn't want to stab her.

Oh yeah.

He did care the problem is that he did not act on it, and decided to follow his father and The Core, but having impaled Marcy is when things start to unravel for him, the high of redeeming himself to his father and family disappears and while small the regret takes root in him festering inside.

I like to believe he was genuine in his feelings but unwilling to act on them.

Note NONE of that excuse him or his actions (duh), he himself admits he's gone to far in "All In"

He dithered too much after the fact, he can atone but forgiveness will be beyond him.

Say that Shermie does remember Ford and Stanley, would he be able to see them?

I think his ability to see them would depend on how many memories of them come back, and also if / when he remembers it wouldn’t be immediate. Instead over time as he slowly recalls more and more he’d sense them more often through stronger chills, or their powers slowly working around him again

I can finish it, it’s just a matter of finding time. I’m almost done with the Halloween stuff I wanted to do so I could try then…unless I decide to open commissions briefly… well, even then I can still do it or one of the other ones I’m wanting to do. I’ll probably do a poll to see what Owlphibia stuff ppl want to see first
