Just got my order of spices from Amazon. Most importantly a pound of curing salt. I had wanted to do a pastrami brisket for last weekend, but wasn’t able to get curing salt in time to give it a full 7 day soak. Being that I have a pound of it now I’ll be able to cure a ton of meat! Wal-Mart was CRAZY;

I will NEVER go out on Thanksgiving night or Black Friday again!!  The crowd was outrageous, the lines to check out were all the way to the back and NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO SAY "EXCUSE ME" OR "I'M SORRY" when they cut you off!!!  There is nothing that I could want THAT badly to try that again in the future; I will buy from Amazon.com instead of going out into that crazy ass mess!
