Dear Jade,

There’s a burning sensation inside this monkey’s body, a passion, a drive that is only satiated when I’m by your side. Call me crazy, or even a dumb ass, but it’s the truth. 

I’m in love with you, that much I know to be true, even when you occasionally make my blood boil with all the gloom and sadness that makes up your aura. I fucking can’t stand you sometimes when you get like that, but yet I can never find myself being able to stay mad at you; it’s a never ending battle in my soul that drives me off the fucking wall.

Shit happens, life is a bitch sometimes. I know it loves throwing you under the bus; but I’m here to say ‘Fuck that bus.’ you deserve more Jade, you deserve better; and I want to give you all that and so much more. Some light to shine through all the looming darkness and gray that surrounds your very being. 

It’s taking me too damn long to realize how us as a pair works, but better late than never; right?

Jade's eyes fell upon a scar on the other woman's body. Well this is what she gets when one walks into the room unannounced. She quickly backed away, turned the corner and stood with her back to the door frame, "... Sorry, I'm high as shit. I thought this room was mine..." that was a lie, but she was tired as hell.

there were a myriad of scars that lined the jackals back, criss-crossing over one another, long and pale in color in contrast to her dark skin due to the years that’d passed since receiving them. the worst, perhaps, was one that ran from about the base of her neck and across her left shoulder blade- it was clear that it’d been a deep cut when inflicted, the skin still raised despite having healed. few knew they existed (she was careful to hide them after all) and she preferred it that way. so when she heard another suddenly enter as she was in the process of finishing pulling off her shirt she panicked and instantly crouched to the ground, moving her long hair to once more over her back.
