Hey! Followup as I just thought of this question, but I have a really strong sensitivity towards certain sounds and sensations. I have to wash the dishes with gloves because even the thought of touching old food can make me gag, or the clink of anything tapping against glass drives me nuts. Is that an ADHD thing too or is it something else?

Yeah, that’s an ADHD thing! We’re generally more sensitive towards sounds, textures, and bright/flashing lights.
