ameila is a fun pearlcatcher/guardian hybrid that’s kind of kirin-like? since pearlcatchers are pretty horses and guardians are big scaley dragons and kirin is kind of a half-point between those

i’m gonna call it and say that clan fuil darach has reached the sunbeam ruins in time for brightshine. as the ship docks on the eastern coast, the clan dragons venture onto dry land for the first time since wavecrest saturnalia. and there’s already a dragon waiting for their arrival.

idk what amelia's deal is but i feel like she's a rebel. as ulli's daughter everyone expected her to grow up and become a paladin but she instead became the opposite (as much as she could without getting straight-up kicked out of lux contri). so like... some kind of shade-magic user? maybe? what if she has been studying the shade all her life and she tells people it's because she wants to eradicate it, but in reality she's fascinated and wants to know if it can be used for good
