Doodled for a bit today since I had the day off, obviously the only way I want to draw is the way Jimmy Gownley draws

What if...
From the dark side of the Ameliaverse, we took a glance at the story (or stories) of the former antagonists of the Amelia Rules! comics, Bug and Iggy.
This is a rough idea for a comic cover. I made it just for fun and as a little experiment. Who knows, if Bug and Iggy were to get their own story, would you check it out? :D
@jimmygownley
Amelia rules………dude that comic had a entire arc abt losing friends at a young age and the way it dealt with a kind of very bitter grief that is just…………..idk i just remember . shit absolutely rocked me to my bones,,
i will spaz. out. Rn :/
The Weird Kids (Amelia Rules Issue #2)
Left to Right: Owen, Mary Violet, "Earth Dog, " "Iggy," and "Bug."
The first appearances of Owen, Mary Violet, and Earth Dog.
Owen is described as a weird kid who smells like cheese, picks his nose, and eats paste (these last two things are alleged, never seen). He has a habit of silently stalking people and lurking in the background, like bushes, doorways, and anywhere he can hide.
Mary Violet, or known by her hero alias, "Ultra Violet," is generally a shy, timid, and easily frazzled girl. She's allergic to bactine, fears the Wrath of God (along with her mother's face when she comes home damaged) and once she found herself as Ultra Violet, she's a force to be reckoned with.
Earth Dog is Reggie's cousin, unknown if he's from his (Reggie) mother's or father's side. He's got a soft spot for poetry and came to Amelia's Halloween party dressed as Irish poet Oscar Wilde. He has a temper when frustrated, but he is known to be polite and is known by his hero alias Bear Hugger.
Bug and Iggy were the series former antagonists. The victims of the Sneeze-Barf Incident, they are known for being ruthless, violent menaces to society. Every where they go, they're feared by everyone. They roam in the neighborhood by the many parks they claimed as their territory, and if you cross paths with them, they'll make you regret it with a painful weggie or whatever else they'll do. Bug is more hostile of the duo, as he is more of a strike first kind than Iggy, who's more of a verbal assault kind (he will hurt you physically, but that is if you give him enough of a reason to piss him off.)
Amelia and Trish def got together after the series was over, 100%, no universe where it doesn't happen
You are so right 😤
nostalgia
It’s currently 1am and as I listen to the soft wind knock gently on my window to remind me of what time it is I'm reading books from my childhood for no reason but to feel like an eleven year old girl again because what’s better than being young and full of ideas rather than being older and having to replace ideas with math equations and drama about that one girl I swear smiled at me
Again, I really hope Jimmy Gownley isn’t super protective of his characters
