I missed it by some hours, but ah well, have a great Birthday Weekend while you’re at it! :D Here we have Claire and Lemrya having made a cake for Menu, but ah no! Crispo ate it that glutton. >:[ Lemrya’s not fooled though, she saw it all! Hehe, this was originally gonna be just a few panels of just Claire, Lemrya, and Menu with the cake being for Lemrya, but while gathering refs I learned she doesn’t eat since like, she’s just a head. “Oh. Uhhhhhhh–” so Crispo’s our random victim of the day! I don’t know why, but I just always loved Lemrya so much, she’s awfully adorable. >w<

As I’m writing this, it’s currently... 10:07 PM.  In American Samoa.  So I still managed to get it in on the right date!

Today’s post is fanart for a comic I read way back when, and am just now getting back into called Unlife is Unfair.  You can find it here and the artist, Amelius, HERE (don’t think she has a tumblr though).  This is one of the main characters, Fernando (AKA Fernie and Nando).  

Amelius has got a nack for drawing the macabre in an undeniably adorable way, without going too far in either direction.   Her work has been a real inspiration to me.  She’s been working on this and her other comic, Charby the Vampirate for well over a decade now, and UiU has been one of my favorite comics for quite some time.  Perfect time of year to read it too!  So go do it!
