i feel kinda weak for not being able to do all my work but i think it's the gifted kid burnout really setting in finally

i might just have to wait until senior year to take ap spanish when i have better coping strategies

ah so i accidentally told the gen ed teacher who's going to be in my iep meeting that i've been slacking off in my classes

it's in over a week so hopefully she forgets because that would be awkward as hell for her to just bring up

like "[name] told me last thursday she skipped an english assignment and also said she didn't want to do work for my class either"

idk what they'd do with that information but still

the world's on fire, everything is dying, a million genocides are ongoing at the hands of greedy malicious bigots, doing anything ever is supporting evil corporations, half the animals we all loved as kids are endangered and starving, the government is killing people in the streets, systems are set up to oppress and fail all but the extremely rich, everyone hates each other, anything enjoyable has been exploited and mass-produced to the point where small joys are morally dirty, pursuing education is financial suicide, all my friends are suffering, my family is falling apart into something unrecognizable from my childhood, my body is incorrect, and i probably have some kind of mental issues fucking me over.

But yknow. school starts soon so i gotta make sure to do homework

my school is going to have an electronic pass system this year. For "maximizing instruction time" and "safety." Meaning we have to sign out through a website to be allowed out of the classroom. They can track us. I'm so fucking done get me OUT OF HERE
