The vistas along the North Cascades Highway are so spectacular and different from the “usual” that it is easy to see why they are known as the “#americanalps “. Today we drove through #marblemount, the "entrance to the American #alps" and hiked 8 miles (that was actually 10) through #forests, #meadows, #snowfields, and #boulders to get to the most amazing views I've seen in this state.
