At some point Shepard starts breaking out other games and Sam has to let her down that no, checkers is not sexy

Shepard gets in after long battles and Sam is there on her bed still looking through data and she looks up long enough to give Shepard a welcome-back-yes-I-missed-you kiss and Shepard falls asleep to the glow of Sam’s omnitool and if they sleep in just a few minutes extra the next day no one says I word

Sam wrapping blankets around Shepard and fretting with worry after the Leviathan DLC and she’s always worried she’s going to lose Shepard but this is too soon, too much and Shepard pulls her into the blankets with her and promises she’s there for the long haul

that whole ‘how do I know you’re not a clone’ thing becomes a joke and Shepard always greets Sam with a long kiss when she comes back

they have a long standing chess game in their room, it’s taking weeks to finish and Sam is pretty sure Shepard might be cheating and asking EDI for hints and Shepard dodges the subject with a ‘what don’t think I could beat you? I did beat Saren’ and Sam rolls her eyes and kisses Shepard’s cheek

on good nights they get to go out to Afterlife, get a drink and just have some fun for the night. on better nights they stay in with just the two of them and Sam plays online strategy games while leaning against Shepard while Shepard brags about her girlfriends many talents

Sam talks in her sleep, Shepard doesn’t mind it at all. It means that Sam is there next to her and it’s kinda cute when Sam mumbles she can’t believe she’s dating the Commander Shepard. Shepard thinks she’s the lucky one here.

I've been getting plenty of anon hate for defending Andromeda.

Just when I think I can’t be any more done with the BioWare fandom...

I am really sorry to hear that. No one should be getting hate for defending a game they’re looking forward to. And this is the kinda shit I’m talking about. People who thinks its ok to do thing like that for having the audacity to look forward to a game and want a hate-free dash.

I promise everyone who is looking forward to Andromeda is safe here :)

Sorry, I haven’t watched it in case of spoilers. :( around this time in the run-up I can mostly only report on new stuff in broad-strokes/reblogs/post stuff without watching it. Wish I could be more helpful. Maybe someone reading who has watched it can tell you? Bungie confirmed that the Forsaken campaign and the Tangled Shore will be vaulted in The Witch Queen.

The Dreaming City is staying in the game.

It makes sense and I already told people to prepare for this eventuality.

Important bit I want to talk about:

While most of the Year 4 Seasonal content will be vaulted, certain Year 4 content will persist in Year 5, including the Proving Grounds strike and the Battlegrounds activities. Beginning in February, the existing Battlegrounds will be combined with strikes into a new “Vanguard Operations” playlist that will be free for all players. In addition, the Warden of Nothing strike will remain in the game and will be available to all players for free. Lastly, all of Spider’s currency exchange function will be taken over by Master Rahool in the Tower when the Tangled Shore is moved into the DCV.

It's really cool that Battlegrounds will stay and turn into strikes. And also I am BEYOND HAPPY that the Spider's materials will now be in the Tower. There was nothing more annyoing to me than needing materials or glimmer and having to load all the way to the Tangled Shore and then come back to the Tower.

I'm also glad Warden of Nothing is staying because I love that strike.

Anyway, very expected and needed. They have a lot to add in WQ.
