Uhhhh, I wanted to try those, like, long panels of lyrics of a song. I kept seeing them everywhere, and wanted to give it a go.

I chose "It Only Takes A Moment" from Hello, Dolly! If you listen along, it adds to the experience.

This is my first time attempting one of these, so please forgive me if it's a lil wonky. I would appreciate critiques aswell if you have any.

Tea by rettie 

It's all one giant cup of tea, what we love

And what we leave 

The heart that aches inside you breaks a million more 

In the silence of a classroom 

Or the closing of a door 

Hold your old hands, painted nails and perfume  

bring back our old plans 

My dreams in your room  

It's all a tangled mess; it's all a bitter care 

Broken and divided, fraying in despair 

 Every colour in your eyes 

paints itself in mine  

Maybe it's not your fault anymore 

all the tears I've cried 

Health and balance, normality 

Shakes its humble fist at me 

a twisted pool of beauty 

me, myself and me 

 Break the glass and change the clocks 

 Turn your clothes all inside out.  

Blame the world for what you're not 

 cos maybe it'll help.
