Of course, Bowen Chuuno could be the only person picked for this assignment. It was a world that had been previously investigated, but recent reports regarding an individual only known as the Eradicator had resulted in the United Government withdrawing their previous Operator, the assignment status escalated to require one of their most versatile Operators.

The so called 'Silver Bullet', to some.

Granted, this wasn't the definition of an 'Emergency Assignment'. The Eradictor was referred to by the previous Operator as a 'local concern', which could be defined as a threat to the world, or that specific universe at maximum. Yet, things like this did warrant at least some form of observation, for if a threat like that were to escalate to a 'multiversal concern', then the nature of the assignment would drastically change.

So for the time being, Bowen's job was to observe, like he did any other universe, even if this regarded a very specific subject. Juristiction protocols still applied. Do not intervene, do not get involved, no matter how much is pleaded. More important, do not reveal one's origins or oneself.

Painful as it may be, there was only a cause to observe. Hopefully, it would remain that way.

A tyrant known as Lord Ctelozapth has been keeping a close eye on the phenomenon known as the Pretty Cure, who has been protecting Japan. They are very powerful, he thought. A crossing of paths between a Desolation member and a Pretty Cure is inevitable, but he'd wonder if they have the time to fight a villain such as him.

The Cures continued on with their day, seemingly unaware of the dark presence watching them. After all, outside of their Precure activities, they were normal girls with things such as school and friends to worry about.

“I’m certain there’s an understanding we can come to.” Though the Flame Spirit knew that she was definitely the wrong type of person to send to these kinds of meetings, she knew better than to argue with Esther’s judgement on the matter. The girl wasn’t a Master Strategist for nothing. She had probably thought this all out beforehand, and knew that Isuzu had been in royal courts before.

Not that those skills had come in handy when she had more important things to do. With everything on the line for them, an alliance with other powers to assist them was the first plan that Esther had thought of.

“After all, it isn’t Phyros that’s in danger. Your planet, your Universe. It’s in danger as well. An alliance is all that we have to face these dangers head-on. Will you fight with us?”

The danger that Mireille posed to them-- to all the universes in her quest to become the perfect being. That was the problem. How to destroy someone who was hellbent on destroying an entire universe? They needed power, and power was through alliances. She just hoped that they could reach the conclusion that they so desperately needed.

Well, this was definitely a first. It wasn’t a tracker that led her here, neither some fancy gadget that someone of her contacts designed for finding powerful stuff. No, right now, there was just something in the air, something within Blackfire, something that she could feel. It was as if something really powerful was calling out to her, enticing her to come closer and find the source. Of course, she was aware that it could as well be some well-designed trap, but really, she didn’t have much of a choice - resisting that big an urge would take a lot, and she was too curious to really want to go the careful-route.

So here she was, having followed her senses (what a weird thing to follow) to one of the tallest buildings of Jump City.

She looked around carefully, at first, but the roof seemed empty and there was nothing visible anywhere nearby. So, Blackfire cautiously landed, before glancing around some more. It did feel like the... the whatever it was, was the strongest here, so what now?
