What I’ve captured so far.
I have these hallucinations every night but I do not always manage to write them down before I fall asleep. My intention is to capture them exactly as I hear them without adding or subtracting anything. This means they are often not complete or coherent sentences. That is just the nature of the beast. If I don’t recognise a word that I hear I will put it in quotation marks and spell it phonetically.
