Lu Bu in any class that isn’t Berserker (Rider especially considering his association with the horse Red Hare) would almost certainly be more powerful than the one you have now.
Slight problem with this: Servants derive power and oftentimes actions from their legends, and one of the biggest aspects of Lu Bu as a character from the Romance of the Three Kingdoms is that he Backstabs Everyone. He backstabbed Dong Zhuo, he betrayed his own father, and Cao Cao had him executed just for the constant backstabbing. Depriving him of Madness Enhancement just makes him lucid enough to consciously decide to betray his master probably.
Even if Gameplay wise it wouldn’t affect much, story wise he’d be a ticking time bomb, and I think even Ritsuka would have trouble with that one.
