I return after a very extended hiatus with the Xenia piece I started two years ago. I always liked the sketch but wasn’t happy with the lines or colours, so it just got put aside and forgotten at the time. I finally decided to have another crack last week while sick, and while of course there’s still much room for improvement I’m significantly happier with the results.

Finally got all the art done and printed, and put together my Fig cork board. I spent so long trying to come up with puns for different bass string brands, and converting Ernie Ball into The Ball might be a bit of a stretch, but I’m very pleased with being able to convert the eagle logo into a vulture so I’ll take it
