"KIKU!" The nation of Japan nearly dropped the tea he was making when he heard the high-pitched happy screeching of his American boyfriend. Alfred's quick and heavy footsteps resonated throughout the small, cozy house they shared. He turned to where he assumed the sound was coming from

"H-hai, Alfred-ku-" he was brought out of his thoughts by a surprise flying tackle hug, sending hot tea everywhere.

"Alfred-kun! Please be more mindful!" scolded the smaller boy

"Heh... sorry." Alfred gave a nervous laugh. "but this isn't why I'm here!" He smirked, and proceeded to fling his cute boyfriend over his shoulder. "C'mon! you've gotta see this, dude!"

"wha-! Alfred-kun! P-put me down!" stammered the raven haired. The American ignored his pleas and ran up the stairs, laughing all the way.

Alfred finally decided to put Kiku down, slowly and quietly for some reason. He bent over and softly kissed the Japanese man's forehead. Alfred put a finger to his pale lips. "Be quiet, ok?" he whispered. Kiku really wanted to call out on the irony of what the blonde had just said, but he listened and kept his mouth shut.

The american opened the door as slowly as possible, to reveal Tama and Hero, their cats, curled up next to each other, but Tama was very still. once Kiku got a better look, he saw six little kittens, just newborns, nuzzling up to their parents. Hero was protectively wrapped around the smaller cat and their children and showering his seven family members with affection.

Small tears came to the Japanese man's eyes as he turned towards his lover. "So we're grandparent's now, huh Keeks?" Alfred whispered. He hugged the American tightly, forgetting his own personal space issues in the process. He did not object when he was picked up and wrapped his arms and legs around the taller man's neck and waist. Later that day they pampered the cats and their kittens and for some reason Alfred went you to do some jewelry shopping...
