downside of literally kinning a frog: i just tried to eat a fly. i failed, because obviously human tongues can't stretch that far, but ohhh my frog did i feel shame. that aside i can't make curses like i used to anymore :/ sure i can gather similar materials, but even if i did it wouldn't do anything. it could be so convenient! but nope... can't. --maddie (amphibia)

for canon objects, i got this little axolotl plushie from the fair!! our friend named him blacklight, but he reminds me a lot of the axolotls back in amphibia! not any in particular, just the axolotls in general. it feels like a nice reminder of a second home -marcy (amphibia)

i've been struggling with my self-worth so much lately — and while looking at the memories in amphibia seems to help, i find it hard to watch myself sometimes. i'm afraid to re-experience myself as i once was.

i could always revisit the time when anne and i fought in the resistance together, saving marcy, as well as the world(s). yet, i still find myself ruminating on the dangerous situations that were my fault. the times when i caused harm because i wanted to be the one in control. i thought i'd be over it by now. but... not quite.

while i do miss being in amphibia, one thing i definitely do not miss is the murky climate and all the bugs.... bugs are gross.. and some of them are huge. during my time there, i adjusted to the climate. it's not like i can't handle it, but it's definitely not best suited for a human. that was always hard. i hope grime and everyone is doing okay though.
