Congratulations to the newest I AM Yoga Nidra Teachers! It’s been another transformative Integrative Amrit Method program here at Prana House in Melbourne Australia.🇦🇺 I’m grateful and humbled to be able to witness these beautiful students who had the courage and vulnerability to allow their tears, fears, laughter, anger and joy, that comes from letting go of who they’re not, be revealed and removed by the powerful practice of Yoga Nidra. Truly transformational experiences. 🙏🏼 And now these beautiful beings are going out into the world and sharing this profound practice.
