Living in an urban area for a long time can have detrimental effects on us, you tend to loose your footing on what nature has to offer. It can be a challenge specially in a small country that tries to make the most out of the land they have. The Netherlands makes a good example of how to integrate nature into their urban jungles, in almost every big city there are these places called "Bos" which people go to tan, have bbq, throw parties, and connect to nature to get a breath of fresh air. During the pandemic I spent most of my time inside and it changed me in ways that I wouldn't think could have affected me dramatically, which ironic for me, it did. This photo brings peace and tranquility, it eases me and I am thankful this country has such biophilic designs for their residents.
