Ha me too! Watching the “original” version right now!

I watched that version last night. My husband, who didn’t grow up watching it, could tell the difference in quality almost immediately when I switched over. I found the book for free on Kindle tonight. I know what I’m falling asleep to tonight!

1. Do you go to church on Christmas? Oh, no. Not a religious person. Even when I was, I never did. I’m not sure if people actually do that around here anyways. Ya know, unless Christmas falls on a Sunday. 

7. Favorite Christmas movie? A Christmas Story. Though I haven’t watched it in years. My favorite part is where the mom sets the bowling ball in her husband’s lap and he says, “Thanks a lot!” CRACKS ME UP. 

14. What do you typically get in your stocking? I guess we suck at Christmas traditions, because we’ve never done stockings. I think it would be awesome though. I just imagine all the little nonsensical things I could put in one.

Quibbler. I’m horrible about staying informed on actual news, and the  Quibbler would be fun. Plus, enough other kids would have the Daily Prophet that it would be fine. 

44: If you are of age, will you try to enter the Triwizard Tournament if they ever host one again?

Nope. Definitely not. I’d much rather watch that than be worried about someone screwing with it so that I would get killed.

Hahaha, basically I was looking for a present for Mother’s Day and so we went into Things Remembered and (like Castle) he feels the need to touch EVERYTHING. So he started picking up every single (glass) display item to look at and fiddle with it and I was so convinced he was going to break something that I had to leave. But he’s my nine-year-old on a sugar rush so I’m keeping him. (Unlike SOME people. *glares at the TV*)

I’m laughing at this, but it’s a fake laugh that covers up sobbing.  I can’t even…

It’s so bad too because I’ve always joked that we’re proof that Castle and Beckett would work in real life because I see so much of myself in Beckett and he’s very much a Castle (I’ve yet to train him to stop touching everything he sees because I brought him into a Things Remembered one time and he almost gave me an anxiety attack but that’s a story for another time). So I called him up practically catatonic and the poor guy had to comfort me just as he was getting ready to go to bed.
