Some mornings I have an affirmation, other mornings I grab my affirmation book off the shelf, put my hand on the cover and ask the universe to give me the affirmation I need. Today the universe answered with this. I wouldn’t ever have picked this for myself. When I read this out loud I realized that I don’t always expect the best. My expectations are constantly guarded! I really did need this today (and probably often...).
