The boy grumbled, carefully balancing himself on the back of a chair to reach the top. One hand clutched the ‘trunk’ of the tree while the other fumbled to put the star in just the right spot. Until finally -

“Aha~! There! Told ya I cou - waaaAAAAA!”

And like that, his foot missed the seat of the chair on his way back down, causing him to slip backwards into the chair before tumbling to the floor. “…Ow.”

The star leaned a bit crookedly.
