Okay. Let me tell y'all something. The treadmill behind me is my favorite treadmill at my apartment's fitness center. It's next to the wall, has a great view of the pool, and the TV always works. This treadmill and I spend a lot of time together. And I mean a LOT of time. I just wanted to remind everyone that though I'm a runner, I am not fast. Several days a week I'll run 3 miles in the morning before work. It takes me on average 36-41 minutes. Sometimes I run the entire time. Sometimes I take two walking breaks and sometimes I take more than that. Sometimes I run at a 10 minute pace and other times I'll run at a 13:30 pace. None of that changes the fact that I am a runner. Back in January I could hardly run one mile in 15 minutes, but I was still a runner then. Why? Because I was running.
