according to the wiki, he has a wife. I wonder what kind of husband he would be? I think he would be a pretty good one, just very playfully annoying. I wonder if his wife knows what he does? Surely sometimes people who he chased down with Mr Kim would fight back, making him come home with bruises or other minor injuries. Surely she knows. I don't think he would be good at hiding it either

i like to think that maybe he isn't a horrible guy despite being a loan shark. He seems to flinch at too much violence. So, I think he is just loyal to his boss when it comes to using force to get their money. From what he see, he seems very happy go lucky, trusting, friendly, and fun. I guess when it comes to being a loan shark he's different and he doesn't mind having to be a part of threatening or taking advantage of people? I guess he’s just desperate. He does say “the police dont help people like us” to Gi-hun, so he’s probably not or at least has not been in a good position himself when it comes to money. Anyone have any input on this?
I love his relationship with Mr. Kim. It was so interesting to see Mr. Kim in a different light. The death scene is genuinely so sad to me. :(
