Gonna quickly send my au idea, might draw this design tomorrow or maybe convince myself to write my first fanfic.

Sometimes when shit gets too tough, gov becomes the opposite of what he is.

Ditch usual formal wear apart from the tie, which is torn up and lose. Outfit? Casual, dangerous, whore. He always has that |:) mood. Always a smile on his face and spite in his eyes. He's not afraid to let himself lose and will even punch a guy. He'll riot. He'll protest. He'll try to stay like this until the states put him back in control.
